Love Electronics Service Center was established in January 1982. The first branch was located in SM Shoemart Cubao, Metro Manila, with an approximate area of thirty (30) square meters and a total manpower of four employees.
In 1988, the company underwent a major business structural change. The change involved the implementation of dynamic management and business strategies and a conservative way of managing the company’s finances. This paved the way for a second branch in October 1991. At this period in time, providing quality and trustworthy service has been made the focus for management and employees. The company then started to expand slowly opening branches in strategic locations in Metro Manila. A third branch was opened in 1992 in Ever Gotesco Complex in Commonwealth, Quezon City.
The demand to fulfill the needs of customers in Marikina City led the company's expansion program to open two branches in this area in the years 1993 & 1994. Seven more branches were opened in a period of six years.
To solve the problem on scarcity of skilled and qualified technicians and to cope with the rapid development in technology, Love Electronics conceptualized the Technical Department (TD). The TD is now responsible for the screening of staff to fill up technical job vacancies. More importantly, regular technical training and intensive technical research, are being done in this department. The TD also serves as the last and final resort for units with major defects. The branches of Love Electronics rely on the TD for their units to undergo a more extensive repair procedure.
Love Electronics Service Center, since then, has established goodwill among consumers and electronics distributors. The company has steady and reliable suppliers of spare parts both local and abroad.
Presently, the company has sixteen (16) branches strategically located in various parts of Metro Manila and Southern Luzon. Love Electronics continues to focus on growth by establishing more branches in different parts of the country. It is relentless in its effort to provide quality and efficient customer service to the public. LESC has not only developed a culture of honesty and trust within the organization but has likewise extended this culture to its customers and business partners.
