Q: What services are offered by Love Electronics?
A: We repair all kinds of electronic appliances, audio/video, office machines and domestic home appliances. We also do home service repair and cater to corporate clients.  We also cover in-warranty repair for the following brands:

Q: When did Love Electronics start in the service industry?
A. Love Electronics was established in 1982.  It has, at present, 18 branches Metro Manila and Southern Luzon ready to serve your repair needs. 

Q: How long does an average repair process take?
A. Repairs will depend on the extent of the unit’s defect and availability of replacement parts. For minor troubleshooting procedures, the units are repaired on the same day. For units with major defects, an observation period of 3 days is required after the repair has been done.

Q: How much is your service charge?  Do I pay anything to have my appliance checked?
A: Service charge varies from unit type and models. The normal base price we charge is P400.00.  Estimate and check up remain free when units are brought in any of the eighteen branches.

Q: What is your service warranty coverage?
A: The normal warranty coverage is three months from the date the unit is released provided that the same defect occurs within the warranty period. 

Q: How do I request for home service repair and is there a fee involved?
A: All you need to do is ring the Home Service Department-  Phone no. 656-5255.  Your call will be attended to by a friendly Home Service representative.  You will be asked to give out your complete contact details and you will be given a booking reference and schedule. A call out fee of P250.00 will be charged before initial diagnosis is done.  This fee is non-refundable but is deductible from the total cost of repair.  The technician is authorized to issue an official receipt upon payment and completion of repair.

Q: What happens if I am not satisfied with the service I received?
A:  At Love Electronics, customer satisfaction is of utmost priority. If you are not happy with the service provided, you may ring any of the three allocated lines which are 655-8916 / 656-6042 / 655-7895 loc.102 and your concern will be attended to.
